Design and simulation capability are available for PCB prototyping. Competence to select the best out-sourcing partner for PCB manufacturing and components choice and PCB assembly technologies. A long industry related project history record is established, combined with in-house prototyping capability.
Board design (schematic / layout and simulation) ECAD Software: Altium
Populating small prototype boards 4 different Reflow ovens with vacuum/controlled air atmosphere/convection and large size possible up to A3 size. Manual soldering station is available too.
Out-Sourcing PCB manufacturing and components assembly qualified suppliers and history record in out-sourcing (> 5 PCBs prototyping request)
